After the consultation for being a hair model, we have the right to refuse on proceeding with the service if we feel that the process will be damaging to the hair or if the requested hair color service is not as per our required standard and if the hair is already currently damaged.
A strand test will be required on selected colour services if you have not had your hair coloured with us before or in the last six months. We have the right to refuse any colour service.
